Operating model
Payline Inc. is a B2B software platform serving licensed Class B COAM operators. Payline does not own, operate, or take title to coin-operated amusement machines. Payline does not custody player funds; all balances are held in For-Benefit-Of accounts through our card-issuing partner's bank program.
Cardholder programs
The Payline card is a load & reload Visa, issued by our card-issuing partner through its bank program. Payline operates the redemption kiosk and ledger underneath. Cardholder agreements are between the cardholder and the issuing bank.
Compliance
Payline is designed to comply with Georgia HB 353, applicable FinCEN guidance on prepaid access, and the Bank Secrecy Act. Operators using Payline remain responsible for their own state-level licensing, location compliance, and tax obligations.
Privacy
We collect the minimum data needed to operate the platform: phone number, name (optional), card-link metadata, and transaction data required for compliance and reconciliation. We do not sell data.
